Not sold the Chimaera have you Peter? (I've not been keeping on the TVR forums for a while)
Porsche looks lovely though
Unfortunately yes Lewis. I went through some major health issues last year and decided to make life easier. The good news is that it has gone to a good home and a serial TVR owner in London.Porsche looks lovely though
I do miss the raw power, sound and the looks of my chim but the Porsche is far easier to live with.
Even though the chim is faster, the Porsche is quicker around the lanes and B roads
Sadly we're all locked up as I believe you were looking forward to a few more drag days?

Well spotted!
Having pretty much completely rebuilt at least one TVR and having done quite a bit of work on my own Porsche I feel my comments justified. Obviously there are failures with everything .
As for the cyclists in the Surrey Hills area, they must have multiplied a hundredfold since the Olympics! That wouldn't be so bad on its own, (but bad enough) what makes it worse is ca drivers don't know how to overtake a cyclist. I'm sure you know what I mean. Every journey in the summer is just a nightmare.
On reflection my comments previously may have been a bit harsh but that sticker does annoy me.....
Love and peace

I 100% agree with you about the overtaking bit and also the inconsiderate cyclists who bunch up and ride 2 abreast on narrower roads
The sticker's just a bit of joshing such as we enjoy between Griffith and Chimp owners, oops there we go
Nice Boxer

Yep I was supposed to be at Santa Pod this weekend. Using the time instead to get a few odd jobs done instead and then it's going up to Mat Smith for the diff taking out for rebuilding properly (long story) I do miss the raw power, sound and the looks of my chim but the Porsche is far easier to live with.
