"There has to be more continuity of design from the past as presently people think of Tvr as the Cerbera T350 or Tuscan or Griff so the shapes are imbedded."

Are they? Was there ever a consistent design language or even a theme? They never had a Porsche theme going on. They just made a shape, which often looked like nothing that had gone before.
Your not looking deep enough.
All the cars are a continuation of the Griff with subtle styling creating a different look on each.
They might look very different to you so it obviously worked!
Which one is your favourite design?

Griffith - it was the one that exploded onto the scene at the Motor Show at the start of the '90s & set TVR off on a new trajectory.

No they are not! In what way does a T350 look like a Griffith? A Jaguar F Type looks more like an E-Type than a Sagaris looks like a Griffith.

The Sagaris is a continuation of the T350. A Cerbera is clearly a continuation of a Chimaera.

Even a Chimaera doesn't look anything like a Griffith. Peter Wheeler code named it UP1 for Ugly Pig.

By your bizarre reckoning, the current Griffith is clearly a continuation of the 90s Griffith.

Classic Chim means the Wheeler cars all have similar underpinnings, and successive models were more evolutionary than revolutionary. The same can't be said for the new Griffith, obviously.

Keep your hair on.
It shares the same windscreen.
All have a similar wrap round screen.
All have similar doors.
All are similar wheel base and track.
All in my humble opinion of course
Have a good day sir.

And some are soft top.

You can’t beat open air motoring. Top down, wind in the hair and dandruff blowing behind like a vapour trail.

Best get your £5k down for a new Griff convertible then. Or a removable roof version. Or a facelift car or maybe a model year refresh. As it will be over 5 years since the first car was made, the new car might look completely different come launch time. confusedhehe

Anyone seen a rendering/artist's impression of what the convertible will look like?

Any news about the new TVR production facility ?
Have any local PHers been watching progress ?
Surely the repair work must be finished by now, unless Jones Brothers have secured a government 'by the hour' contract, in which case we might have to wait 4 more years.

Crikey, these Jones Bros know how to drag a job out, don't they? Last update was exactly 3 months ago and hinted at good progress. Wonder why another 3 months on and still not taken possession of the 'prototype' area?

7th June TVR said: "Finally, after all that demolition, construction work commenced with the new roof panels being prepared and lifted up onto the prototype build area earlier this week:
We’re now busy working on finalising the internal layouts for the production areas and the designs for the new offices at the front. We’re looking forward to getting on site once we have clean, dry and weather-proof areas to work in!"
