Appalling service at present - no call back when promised after 4 days
Website not accepting TVR membership nos - presumably as records not updated - so can't order on-line
Product quality in doubt after 12 months service & no warranty honoured when failed.
Lets hope power have the parts in stock........

Have to concur with others who have had a bad experience. Absolutely hopeless, been waiting 5 weeks now for a throttle cable and exhaust olives. They don't answer emails, don't ring you back. When you phone them to chase an order, they haven't a clue and just don't do what they say. Was finally told after 4 weeks that they don't have the olives, still waiting for the cable and partial refund. I know they have been moving, but there really is no excuse for just how bad they are- for goodness sake, get a grip and support the brand!
