No engine, gearbox, clutch, diff, drive shafts, exhaust, petrol tank, etc.etc, listed in the kit.... so you'd need a mechanical donor car too.

Of course, you can buy it worldwide. Having it legally on the road is another challenge which they don't take care of.

But maybe they are visionnaires, having fun cars on the road will become impossible, so you will buy fun and nice cars only to be on a track.
