Nomination for Customer Care - Steve Howard
Discussion
The e mail address for nominations for the Customer Care award at Black Tie & Pie is here:

I have nominated Steve Howard at Thames Valley Racetech. He's never too busy to give advice, puts himself out to help and knows everything there is to know about TVRs. You can drop in and ask him something on a Sunday when you'll often find him working on one of three Tuscan challenge cars they run.
I've got lots of specific examples of him going beyond the call of duty to help and I'm sure lots of other people have too.
So get nominating by sending an email to the address above

Rather than consistently fantastic service Ted?
Tssk, you journalists. Always after the sensationalist story
Alright, since you ask: At 2.30 in the morning on Christmas Day, I had a problem with the timing flange on the crimping assembly on my 5.8 litre Griffmaera. Not only did Steve sort it before it happened by travelling backwards in time (apparently with the right ECU chip you can get a Cerbera to go so fast that it exceeds the rotational speed of the Earth), he also arranged for Cameron Diaz to give it a quick wash and leather and left a case of Old Speckled Hen in the boot
