Le Mans 2003

Thinking about taking the chim down to Le Mans in june next year. Looking at the ad in the Sprint I'm a little confused about what ticket combination makes the most sense. I've not been there before and need some guidance on the best tickets to get / what to do etc. Any advice? TIA
