if anyone saw the renault senic hit me in the side on sunday at the rounabout on the A30 just before vw . i would greatly appreciate a witness statement from you as her insurance company has sent me a letter saying they hold me responsable

thanks for all your replys .will have to wait and see what the insurance companys decide .but i think i have enough people in front and behind me who will be able to back up what happened . will let you know the outcome and if i need more statements i will get in touch
