Should a mitsubishi be able to stay with a Griff?
Discussion
On the way to Mania on Saturday a saloon came up behind me on the exit of a roundabout obviously trying it on.
Normally depending on road conditions etc this situation is dealt with by flooring the accelerator and watching the other car fade in the rear view mirror.
Not this time - the car kept up and seemed to gain on my Griff. After a couple of roundabouts and dual carriageway sections I moved over to let him past if only to see the badge on the back of the car.
Mitsubisi Lancer, P reg with and exhaust the size of a sewer pipe. Signwritten OZ Racing all over the bodywork.
So is my Griff (or am I?) losing its touch? I'm not used to this!
