Bird crap

Got home yesterday after a trip out in the beast, only to find two plats of bird crap on the bonnet. So, quickly ran in to get warm water to dissolve the sh*tting stuff off.
But it seems to have left a smear in the laquer.

What is the best thing to use to get this smear out chaps?? Please tell me it will come out...

Matt, I have tried super resin polish, t-cut, even tar remover(lightly) to get rid of the smear. But no Joy...

Any ideas......?
