I have one of these kits in each car as they take up little space. Since putting them in the cars, I've not had a puncture! But I've helped plenty of people out and tell them it's temporary, drive home like on a spacesaver and get it professionally repaired.
On YouTube, 1 million videos will tell you that you will die in a firey death from using a plug kit, and 1 million other videos will have left the plug in place for the life of the tyre.
I once did IT work for a large transport firms, one with 100 units and another with 350 units. Both used plugs and invariably once repaired they were forgotten about and lasted the life of the tyres.
