Coilovers - Install query

Hello guys!
I've got a MK5 R32 DSG. I took it in for a service a couple of weeks ago and was told my front left shock absorber was weeping.
I took this as an opportunity to purchase some KW coilovers.
I'm a pretty good DIY'er when it comes to working on the car, and have started the install earlier today & am hoping to finish them up tomorrow before taking it for an alignment in the coming week.
What I'd like some clarity on is where should they be set to at initially? The fronts I have the adjuster wound all the way down, so the spring is at it's longest. I'm hoping this gives me the the 35mm of drop they're advertised as. Am I right in thinking this?
Also where should I set the rear adjusters to match the fronts 35mm drop?
