Cleaning the car yesterday afternoon in the first sun and dry day for a while. Then the bloody heavens opened so I took the opportunity to use the Turtle Wax Seal and Shine by spraying it onto a wet panel and rubbing it with a microfibre. It still amazes me how super slicky the surface feels after using it.
Durable too for its ease of application.

If you have a pressure washer and foam lance then YumCars Foam+. I've tried all of the above and nothing comes anywhere near.

No affiliation.

I use Autogylm Polar Seal. It's convenient, helps drying and leaves an impressive shine.

Spray it on when the car is wet and rinse it off.
Looked at this but to be clear - it appears to be a pressure wash application product. The hand applied (spray bottle) version they market is called Aqua Wax.

Autoglym Rapid Ceramic coating is great - easy to apply, and leaves a slick finish.

Seems to be a fair few. Which specific one do you mean?

This is the Turtle wax product I use. I have bought it previously as hydrophobic spray but I think can also be labelled “seal and shine”. I believe they are effectively the same.
EBay link to the one I use :https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256282599634?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=JlnGCbRUQUC&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=tBk5R8xxTay&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

I bought the bigger 5 litre Seal n Shine version from Turtle Wax on eBay and I'm 99% sure they are the same/similar enough:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_t...

Normally each car gets washed every 2 weeks under normal use. And my go to product has been Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating https://www.turtlewax.co.uk/products/hybrid-soluti... It says it lasts up to a year, but at around £11ish on Amazon/Halfords and the limited amount I use, each bottle lasts over 4-5 cars for 3 months. I even use it on some of my caving gear!

But the last 2 washes I've used seal and shine. Once when wet, yesterday when dry. It's easier to apply and gives a much deeper satin gloss than the ceramic spray. Definitely more of a fan.

So Autogylm Polar Seal or Turtle Wax Graphene Flex coming out on top, I sont have a snowfoam gun, so the Turtle Wax it is?

Got a new to use 3yo black car joining the fleet, so doing a quick bit of reading up on washing/swirlavoidance/protection.

Not helped by the fact we are surrounded by mature pine trees!! (HELP)

Got Turtle Wax Graphene Flex spray on BOGOF with free delivery; it's excellent. Just spray then wipe with a damp microfibre or leave wet spray, dry etc

Mine has just arrived, and I only got one. Either done something wrong or the bogof isn't working.

Edit. I did it wrong, you have to request the second free one. Fortunately they kindly sent me out the second one after I asked.

I tend to use the hydrophobic sprays, but only in winter to protect the wax on the car (Bilt Hambler Double Speed Wax). I've recently gone over to DIY Detailer Quick Beads as recommended by the people at Clean Your Car. It's a ceramic product which includes Graphine. American made. I have to say I'm blown away with it. A quick spritz over the car & rinse within a minute or so. Rinse from the bottom to the top which aids coverage. Less is more. Far better than Polar Seal, Autosmart Aquaseal Pro etc. imho.

Would the Turtle wax 'GRAPHENE FLEX' be suitable for applying to a newly repainted car, or would there be something better for initial protection?

Evening.
I’m running out of Snowfoam, Shampoo and post wash coating.
Just used the AG Polar range after just using BH Snowfoam and wash and Turtle Show and shine (Used to come in a blue spray)
The Turtle went out of stock a while ago now.

To be used on a 3 month car.
Tempted to go back to BH but need a decent spray on rinse off sealant preferably one you can put in a spray bottle for pressure washers.

BH Touch On.

I use it on top of waxes as a maintenance coating. Lasts well on daily use car and easy to apply. As ever, you need less than you imagine. Find it better to apply by pump spray as I use less and keep it off windscreens etc. rinse quick, don’t let it dry.
