I use a Metrovac Sidekick, it's brilliant tbh, small and relaitvely lightweight, very powerful for the size, filters the air it blows.
They're about £100, not the cheapest but I put off buying one for years and wish I'd got it sooner.
I've got one of these. Good for wheels. People passing by clearly think I'm mental. They're about £100, not the cheapest but I put off buying one for years and wish I'd got it sooner.
If you’ve already got some 18v Bosch professional tools, this is very good.

Bit expensive if you also need a battery and charger though.

I use an Ego leaf blower, it is excellent but I would add regardless of what you choose unless your car is ceramic coated or waxed regularly you won't see the full benefit.
Used my Ego blower for the first time on my car last week. Just wish I'd bought one before as my car is a nightmare for retaining water that then slowly runs down the clean and dry car after you have gone indoors!
I brought a cheap (20 quid) compact blower which works really well for drying wheels and all the nooks and crannies, two downsides to aware of with some of the cheaper units are they can be noisy and the cables are short,I swapped my cable to a decent length which also showed up that the connections inside were just twisted together ! 🙄
