Hi,

I'm about to purchase a Vauxhall Corsa 09 plate, it's in ok condition, but it has quite a few scratches and paint issues (please see attached pics for more info)

I was wondering whether these could be resolved without spending too much money?

Thanks

The last two would require repainting, the first ones if you can feel them with your nail will be possible to polish out.

The bonnet and mirror will deffo need painting.
The door may need paint depending on the depth of the scratches but a decent detailer would be able to get it close.

You could have a look at some breakers/eBay and see if you can pick up the mirror and/or bonnet in the same colour as it could work out cheaper than a respray.

Judging by the swirl marks/haziness of the paint on the car it's had a lifetime of jet/car washes.
If you are polishing one bit of the door may need to have to get the rest of the car done as well as the dark paint will highlight the difference massively.

The scratches by the door handle are typical finger nail marks & will PROBABLY polish out.

Mirror needs repainting.

Bonnet will need a complete respray & I think with the blistering it would be best to take the whole bonnet back to bare metal. I do wonder if the bonnet has been repainted - badly - before.

What's going on with that seat?!

Combined with the significant paintwork issues you need to either buy it cheap or look elsewhere IMO.

13 year old Corsa - why bother spending more than a couple of quid ?
