Hi.

There are a number of paint issues i would like to get rectified.

The first is a 10p size paint flake on the roof. It looks like it has had new paint previouly but the paint hasn't binded properly.

The second is where the bodykit joins the door skin. There should be a clear gap between the panels there shouldn't be paint over the gap where they join. The is the same on the rear quarter .

The final issue is the rear of the skirt. It looks like it has been filled and painted

My question is what sort of cost can I expect and would it require a full repainting of the panels (not including the skirt) or would a mobile paint technician be able to complete the work?

The coat of paint underneath is completely smooth.

Where 2 panels join. There shouldn't be any paint over the panel gap. This is the door it is the same issue on the rear quarter

Me pointing to the area of the last picture

Filled and painted skirt

In answer to a previous question, it sustained light damage to the passenger side in 2009. It spun and hit a reservation according to the owners forum. However it appears none of the work was done to a good standard.

The paint on the drivers side is absolutely fine, no Peel, signs of repairing or having been repainted. The bonnet and the front wings are fine having had a respray to get rid of stone chips.

My question really is can a mobile paint technician rectify the above issues or will it need to go to a bodyshop to have the work done?
