What wax/polish for a black car?
Discussion
My bella needs a bit of a spruce up in the paint department. It's a black estate, so I dare say it will take a bit of wax to do the whole thing.
I'm not doing any fancy cleaning routine beforehand - just a good wash and drying off.
My criteria:
- No more than 15 quid
- Easy to apply, and easy to clean off, without having to wait hours to complete the process; I just want to apply it, and get rubbing (so to speak)
- I want to avoid load of white powder as a result(like the good old MER days)
- Minimal swirling etc
At my disposal:
- 2 hands
- Soft polishing cloths (the cut to length jobs)
- An old t-shirt
Ideally, as I have a Halfords voucher to hand, I want to get it from there.
Ideas?
