Interior restoration, can anyone help?
Discussion
Hi, I'm currently renovating the interior of my classic Porsche 911. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts I can't find anything to restore the appearance of the leather trim. The problem is scuff marks (as below, so far I have cleaned the leather then tested 3 different products in an attempt to get a flat finish (Auto Glym leather cream, Aerospace 303 and a coloured leather polish similar to shoe polish. Despite 3 different approaches, in daylight the marks look awful. Can anyone suggest a way of refinishing the panels without resorting to buying new ones? Thanks in anticipation of your support. Paul

Furniture Clinic's leather colourant kit will have those looking like new.
Just want to add an update. Jagnet was spot on, currently half way through the 5 step process and all is going well, I believe the trim will look like new when finished. Thanks again..pbarlow0032 said:
Hi cobra paul, did you get to the end of the process? How did you find it? Did you remove seats etc to do it? I'm thinking of doing this on my 11 year old A4 cab with anis yellow leather. It's looking tired and cracked, and would probably benefit from this, just concerned that I'll make it worse than it was when I started!
Hi, All went well, very happy with the results. Easy enough to do if you take your time. Best use a vapour mask if completing the work indoors. Removed all trim from the car first including the seats. Cost me about £140 in total to do the whole interior. From this
