My headlights could do with smartening up, but where a good polish will get rid of the cloudiness on the outside, there's also a bit of cloudiness inside the sealed unit that an external polish obviously wouldn't get to.

Is there such a thing/has anyone had any experience of, a headlight refurb that would sort this?

I'm thinking the kind of thing where I post them off and they get taken apart and cleaned then returned to me?

I need something that’ll get inside the sealed unit. Anything external only won’t work on the interior cloudiness.

Some car headlights can be dismantled, some don't. What car are we talking about?
It’s an X150 XKR.

Now, I personally do not have experience with these. Maybe you should just do them from outside using some 3M or similar kit and see if this solves the issue. There is a thread here with very similar problems, they also suggest that polishing outside is enough. https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xk-xkr-x150-33/...
That's interesting, thank you, I hope I'm wrong and it's not on the inside. smile

What an improvement. I hope mine come up that well!

Looks fantastic.

Mine came up very well, but, there are some light "watermarks" that are definitely inside the unit.

As much as I search, there seems to be nobody who does a lenses-off headlight unit refurb. frown
