Zymol technique and products advice
Discussion
Been using Zymol carbon wax etc for a few years and running low on it and just wanted to clarify a few points before re-ordering:
1. What is the difference in use between the Zymol Autowash and Clear car washes apart from the price (£8 vs £40)?
2. What is the preferred method of application of HC cleanse (ie applicator and buffer type and should it dry etc)?
3. Is the concours wax better in terms of longevity of protection and lustre for daily use cars than the Titanium or Carbon?
4. Are applicators a no-no with the titanium and concours waxes and what is the prefered method of application/hazing and buffing
Thanks

I have been advised that Zymol and Smartwax Concours and Dodo Supernatural are too soft and short lived for my 3 daily use (ungaraged) cars by Monza who supply all 3
They recommend Zymol titanium for daily use and Smartwax for the 2 garaged fun cars
Would you agree?

Got a tester (panel) pot of Dodo Supernatural and some Dodo Lime prime lite. Did the 355 (flat Rosso red) 2 weeks ago and got stunning results. Had a problem to start with the Lime Prime leaving a streaky/hazy finish until I tried wiping it straight off = stunning wet look base to wax over. Got many comments about how good it lookds
Got round to doing the 911 today (mid blue 2 coat). Had been disappointed eith the finish in it last time I Zymol'd it as for the first time ever it left holograms. So out with the Lime prime (smooth finish so didnt clay) and no matter what I did, the Lime prime left a hazy finish. Tried doing it twice, leaving a bit, a lot, wiping it straight off to no avail. It also left loads of holograms
Ended up having to get the Zymol cleanse out and got rid of the holograms and haze leaving a really good finish. Any suggestions why I got this probem today with Lime prime but not last time?
