Love it. Not sure if it's me but I expect most of those lots will probably exceed the estimates on them comfortably - i'd give top estimate for that Volvo.

Interesting concept and I do love a proper sleeper, and those Volvos are cavernous, but only really worth money if Newman actually touched it!

Indeed - I'd have concerns about the condition though, vs any Newman premium, it looks a bit distressed. For anyone interested, "Chasing Classic Cars" which does the rounds on Quest during the day, has an episode including the Mustang engined car.

When I first caught the TR bug, the 5 was sometimes considered the poor relation to the 6. The 6 is a nicer car IMO.

Agreed, I love them. I know of a worked 3.2 Carrera example, perfect, and such a great looking car.

Porsche built two 914-8. One was built for Ferdinand Piech as a test bed and one was given to Ferry Porsche for his 60th birthday. Porsche wasn't keen and the car lives in the Porsche museum.
