Two DAYS! What! In what vehicle? M5?
No, my bog standard 1.8 Honda Civic Tourer. Day 1, Tivat to Munich - that was the mistake and the killer. Set off 6am, arrived 11pm. Dead. You're right about roads/scenery in Bosnia and wider ex-Yu. Love your pics, been through a fair few of those tunnels myself. Been skiing up in the mountains in Bosnia a fair few times, it's brilliant.
My apols for the off-topicness too.
Where I posted pics of a Granturismo caught up in a divorce I can't recall, but I went to the garage where it it resides -outside - and it definitely now qualifies for classics left to die.
But, hey, look at how far back the engine sits and rejoice that cars like this existed at all.
A Ferrari engine at that. Does it qualify as mid-engined?
If this isn't the most rational post of the day, blame London Pride.

This came into my work for disposal.
Picked up by a police recovery agent as an abandoned vehicle.
I find it hard to believe someone would abandon this.
We tried to save it but it had been marked for destruction by police which we can't reverse so unfortunately it's met its end in the shredder.
What??? It’s a total classic!!Picked up by a police recovery agent as an abandoned vehicle.

Best pot photos of the crushed car so we can all shed a tear.

I believe the term is front mid engined, if the engine sits behind the front axle line, ahead of the cabin .A Ferrari engine at that. Does it qualify as mid-engined?

What could be lurking inside this austro-hungarian era building in downtown Belgrade, Serbia, I wondered?
This, under some sheets of iron. Any ideas? Looks kinda Beetle-ish.
FIAT 1500E possibly, the rear light is wrong but perhaps a later modification to make night driving less hazardous. Not many other things it could be with it being pillarless with clap hands doors. Only 1700 made, so rare even when new. This, under some sheets of iron. Any ideas? Looks kinda Beetle-ish.
