There’s a red one featured in the June issue of Classic Cars magazine. I haven’t read the story yet, but it seems to be a road trip about the owner bringing it over from Switzerland to England, so could be the same car.
It should currently be at the Saville Row Concours, I believe.

Must have been where it was heading to when I saw it yesterday.

Here’s a recent video.

https://youtu.be/33UzAkWLz5U?si=kWWods3xz2_h5fVl

I remember seeing a dark blue RHD one parked in the Mallory Park paddock at a Lamborghini Owners Club track day ca. 1986. It was next to a couple of Espadas and actually outshone them. Having said that everyone was looking at the guy and his trophy wife in a brand new pearlescent white Countach QV, whilst he was busy practicing his awkward reversing procedure.

Early red Pantera behind? Any photos of that one?
Sorry, friend sent them to me. I couldn’t make it on Sunday. Will ask and see if he has any more.

There was a lovely early red Pantera parked next to my Griff at our hotel in Soissons last weekend.

Lancia Fulvia Zagato in primrose yellow on the A358 heading towards Minehead today.

Also a Lancia Aprillia Berlina (1940’s) in Taunton.

Apologies for the library photos, I was driving. Pretty sure the Zagato was that car though.

Very cool cars both.

I see a red Renault 5 on the right in the distance but what’s the blue car next to it?

Deep pillars, rear wiper, recessed number plate and I think we can see the edges of the reverse lights either side of the plate and either a dodgy hanging exhaust or a towbar. Any ideas ????

Hillman Imp?

The owner of the Porsche came out as I was taking the pics to enquire what I thought I was up to. I explained and he was fine if I didn't say where the cars were and disguised the plate on his son's Scirocco. Not the Porsche smile Both cars are being restored.

Is there a Lotus event on this weekend? I drove from Wiltshire to Yorkshire yesterday and saw a blue Elan near Swindon, a black Esprit S1 in Stow in the Wold, a gold wedge Elite on a transporter soon after, and a convoy of about six assorted Loti near Gaydon.

Great find. In the days when cars weren’t ridiculously large and bloated. I remember these as hire cars whilst on holiday back in the 80’s and 90’s and they were perfectly functional.

Which part of Spain was this in.
