I enjoyed the first meeting so much, that I am definitely in. I'd like 4 stickers. The next meeting should be at a different venue, in my opinion, to try to ensure nobody discerns a pattern.

And in light of the parking debacle, Morgans should only be allowed if they have 3 wheels, although 4 wheeled Morgans that are habitually driven on 3 wheels should be allowed under the Mornington Crescent Derogation of byelaw 42.

Apart from the sticker will there be accessories available in the monthly meeting pamphlet which isn't going to be distributed?

I don't see the point of joining a club designed for motoring enthusiasts without having a multitude of heavy useless bits and pieces to adorn my vehicles at discounted over inflated prices.

Can I request in 'n' out parking for meetings as the overdrive is being a little erratic and keeps engaging of it's own accord, rendering reverse unattainable.

Also, I have to say the catering at the last meeting was below par, I had hoped for scotch eggs and gravy, not pork pie with brie.

In the spirit of the club, as International Representative it is decreed that the European meeting will be held last weekend at the Spares Day at Le Mans. In order to arrive you will need to proceed in a reverse direction. You will note I have replied to the wrong post, as required by rule 3B, subsection 4.

If the 55 mph club is to be restricted to 55 members then by implication the members should have a membership number. This will bring difficulties with the distribution of the lucky number 7 and the unlucky number 13. In case numbers 1-55 are to be issued I bags number 33 as it is my lucky number (it was the page that bosom was on in my first dictionary).

In case numbers 1-57 are to be issued (excluding numbers 7 and 13) I also bags number 33.

But I would actually suggest that a random number programme should generate 55 numbers between 1 and 50,000 that can be given at random to those that require a membership number that should not be compulsory.

I am not a number I am a free man.

Use the Starting Handle, no point wasting electricity to start an Austin, electricity is better used for making tea !!!!

That's what an overheating engine is for, crank start, overheat, place kettle, boil water whilst waiting for the AA.

Just a quick question to NTA16

So far I've been very impressed with everything the club has to offer.
It's so rare to find a club specifically designed for all one make manufacturers dedicated to the specific model throughout the entire range.

Is it possible to have a discount for family members, taking into consideration membership is free during the first twelve months of the year?

All French meetings are subject to the Mornington Croissant rule variations, if I recall, but only if the Interntaional Secretary doesn't confirm it.

family discount, certainly, they get 7 months membership instead of 12

please note membership is free for the first 12 months of any Gregorian year including leap years, other years will not be tolerated

Point of order regarding the stickers - when they arrive they have to be applied so that they are visible from the inside to remind us of the club to which we don't belong.

I would confirm that I won't confirm the next meeting. However, under the Mornington Croissant rules the Metro stations involved will be Qiydah, Al Qusais, and Etisalat.

Bugger, that's the Dubai Metro. getmecoat
