Having sold my last RR Classic in 2005 and unlikely to own another sadly I am having a clear out.If any one is interested could they PM me.
Bonnet rust free hidden hinge version, several Vogue tubeless alloys, pair of genuine front Perspex light protectors and an unused Michelin XM+S 205-16 as fitted to early 2 door cars with rostyle wheels. Hope this doesn’t break any rules.

Does anyone have any advice on getting a 3.9 to make a bit more noise? I’m not looking for a max power solution but a bit more burble whilst looking stock.
Thanks in advance.
Fit a 2.5" bore system from the y piece, use Jetex components. My Bowler has such a system which gives a nice bassy rumble and a great howl over 3000 rpm.

The choke on my 72 is now superfluous with the new engine. I am pondering whether to use it instead as a Town&Country lever to bypass the back box.

Unless the LSE is different, the normal one is PRC4615 and they are available from all the usual suspects and Ebay.
No more than £10 all in for an aftermarket repro.

I’m really enjoying ownership of this, my biggest problem is it has turned into my daily!

I had to put a new exhaust on it, but my 83 2 door just past with flying colours.

I was very pleasantly surprised!

Needed to clear the drive his morning. There was a drift across it that was approaching 2 foot in places.

So do you either sweat your balls with a shovel for half an hour or use it as an excuse to fanny about with an old car for ten minutes? smile

Front valence working reasonably well as a snow plough for this powdery stuff.

Job done. Inner child happy.

Great pic. I seem to remember my friend’s Dad having a snow plough attachment for his Classic back in the 80s. I don’t know if it was an official accessory or something knocked up in the local metalworkers.

There's a lad in the village been clearing roads in his defender with a plough attachment. Did a great job for a couple of days before being told to stop by the council.

Not sure what the council could do about it had they pushed it.
