I wouldn't mind one original of each of those Aston brochures! http://cdm16038.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/search/sear...

I've got a few mainstream BMW ones from the late 90s early 00s as that's when my dad was looking at BMWs. So I used to go to the dealer and nab a couple every time he went in, including a 7 series Hardback one.
Got a couple of Jaguar ones (S type and Xkr) too
Do you want me to dig my ones out as above or are you looking for older ones?Got a couple of Jaguar ones (S type and Xkr) too

Yes, I'd be interested in crossing your palm with some silver for those!

Hi, sorry 2 smoking barrels, it looks like my account has my old email address and it needs an admin to manually change that. I'll post on here when it's sorted.
In the meantime, I'm genuinely not sure what price to tell you, having seen many of them listed individually on eBay for £20-30. I appreciate thats not particularly helpful, sorry!
With so vague an idea, eBay might well be the best option to find an appropriate value.

Anybody had any experience with "Pooks" in Leicestershire.. they advertise wanting brochures,I have 1000's and I do mean 1000's just sitting in folders in the loft and plenty of exotic stuff going back to the early 60's/70's all in perfect condition and clearly worth a few quid these days...

I've been to Pooks a few times, amazing piles of stuff they have. They also seem to achieve 2 - 3 times the price that you or I would get.CRA1G said:

Not as a seller - I bought my Audi sport quattro brochure from them years ago.CRA1G said:

Having sold a few of my old Porsche brochures on e-bay a while back I was amazed by the values, up to £70 each and they were less than 20 years old. Since then my parents reunited me with about 50 brochures they found in their loft on pretty average cars from when I was at school in the late 90’s. I gave these to my nephew who has since spent some of his summer holidays selling them on e-bay and made hundreds.
If I were you I would consider offering them as a job lot on e-bay with a high reserve as this will open you up to all the collectors and dealers like Pooks etc.
Just offering advice, eggs in baskets and all that!
Having just typed “BMW Brochure” into e-bay there are 49 “e-bay shops” selling them so they must have to buy from somewhere.
He might even have one of these,

or these,

I am amazed that so many other people collected car brochures. I must of started around the age of 6 as my 1st brochure I remember is for the Mercedes SL range from 1987. Since then I have been lucky to acquire thousands more and have built up vast collection which covers most mainstream cars from the early 80’s to date.
I know this thread is intended as a brochure dealers wanted add but over the years of collecting I have built up a good knowledge of what is rare and what is not so please feel free to respond if you want any help valuing individual brochures / collections or just need advice on how to dispose of your collection.
In the meantime I have pictured a couple of brochures that stand out for me, namely the SL one for being my 1 brochure plus a couple of other randoms that might appeal to some of you. If needed I can probably also look to producing scans of individual brochures.
My 1st one
A nice 60's one
