Shame, but you only have to look at the state of his paintwork on those windows to know the car will be in a similar state ... but he won't sell as one day he's going to do it up of course ...
On the other hand, at least they're the original casements and not ghastly uPVC. (my windows are uPVC)

My first wife and I lived at the endearingly named Cemetery Junction.
A couple or six pints at the College Arms, charm the laydeez in the "After Dark" followed by a large with chilly from Abra-Kebabra. Now that's a night out in Reading for you...Saw this great old truck in Edwalton, Nottingham.
Apologies as this thread is for cars that have been left to die but it would appear that it is still being used to clear timber.
Not sure what kind of truck it is but figured you'd like to see it anyway.
Will try and get some better pics of it as there appears to have company livery on the doors.

Looks like an AEC Matador. Think they were originally built for the military and were usually bought up when de-mobbed as the were powerful machines.Apologies as this thread is for cars that have been left to die but it would appear that it is still being used to clear timber.

Lived in Cemey Junction for a while as an undergrad. Pound a pint happy hour in the Granby from 5.00pm - 6.00pm pretty much wrote off every weekday night for a year!
The Granby was at the end of our road, Granby Gardens. '74 to '79 I think it was we were there.Gompo said:

Managed a closer look earlier today, it is an AEC (thanks AndyM). To find it, take the turning for the Notcutts/Wheatcrofts Garden Centre. Opposite the entrance are two houses that look abandoned. The truck is in the front garden of the house on the right. If you continue along the road and reach a business park, you've gone to far. ![](http://thumbsnap.com/sc/JVaycM2Q.jpg)
