Driver pointing out engine stuff during practise sessions.

Classic Alfa is quite popular in Holland. Lavender 1750 GTV for me please!

This must be a Turner or something. Love those tiny racers.

Big Healey in practise.

Awesome Sprite screaming along.

About 70 snaps left, most are so-so. Which is good because DSR is coming up and I'll be at Zandvoort mid May: and I'll be taking the cam. Anyone coming to see a few nice classics to be hauled around on the famous dunes track?

I had a chat to the owner of this car at Spa last year and would you believe someone had actually stolen one of the bonnet catch handles whilst it was in the paddock! Can you believe someone would actually do that!
Frankly, I'm as appalled as you are Rich. Two years back when the Tour Auto came to town the Lumsden/Sargent lowdrag arrived and they were most glum. Someone had stolen the belt buckle off the passenger seat belt in parc fermé in Paris the night before. Serious forethought too since you need an allen key to get it off. Luckily I was there with the Lynx and we took one off mine so they could continue.

Not mine I hope Albert!
Excellent photos as usual Albert, the first shot of Peters Capri doe's show Peter driving it.
After me not being able to start the Capri for the Masters Race Grid form up,it eventually agreed to fire up for me to start from the Old Pit Lane.Only 65 on the Grid,I was released after the 'Chase Car' had gone thru Eau Rouge, caught him up going into Stavelot,at which point he indicated right and waved me through, really nice of him I thought, best get on with the job then!I handed the car over to Peter on the half hour after going past 30 odd cars,Peter kept the momentum going to finish 23rd [I think] but it was good enough for us to take the Class Win.
The Capri is a lovely car to drive, just a little 'nervous'turning into Blanchimont but you just keep it flat in forth and it doe's behave itself,Great Car!!
