Wow! How lucky to find the bumper and chrome bits under all that junk!
Bernies the teams electric genius? I wonder what he'd make of the ''cracked coil lead'' fixed by sticking some pliers inside?
Cue smoke machine (anyone remember Supersonic on a Saturday morning?)
The valuer is on his way! Will they have time? I'm guessing it'll be done with moments to spare?
It's just way too boring and predictable now.

Do all the metal work before finishing stripping the car (interior) to find dodgy wiring. Get the engine running when you're going to strip it down anyway (& they didn't take note of which order the pushrods went). Car comes out of the spray booth the first time with lights & door handle fitted but not the second time but the interior had been fitted. Complete arse about face. & they need to do things quickly to save money? Stop making stupid fundamental mistakes then!
Its ok I know its scripted.

What I can’t understand is the stuff about the colour, first time the car came out in battleship grey and the guys could be clearly be seen fitting the new interior into the ‘grey’ car. Then suddenly the car came out completely finished in silver and the bumpers were fitted. Its ok I know its scripted.
Something just doesn’t add up, two cars perhaps?
Also, I’m not a caddy expert, but the car seemed to sit completely wrong on the test drive, all front heavy?

The grey suited the car as well as the silver and would be in period with the car (I had a 55 Morris Minor the same colour) but it did look like the primer has been coated with lacquer. It was all arse about face but that's mostly due to editing and producers who as we have already established know geof all about cars.
My suspision is that the car wasn't painted the wrong colour at all. I think it was just wet grey primer. Liquid Knight said:
