1950s coal lorry (Bedford?) at West Meon Hants. Still lettered as W (William) Stone, was taken over by his son Peter and then grandson Ray. Latterly had Bedford TKs.

I immediately thought Ford but I'm usually wrong.
I thought Fordson lorry as well but can't identify model type. Radiator cowl badge looks like Austin and the cab like K2 but the front end doesn't match. Much googling hasn't revealed the answer.

Can anyone help? scratchchin

Back when West Meon had a railway and goods yard.

As far as I can see from streetview the platforms are directly in front and the goods yard would have been in the trees to the right.

Think it's definitely a Dodge, have a look at this pic and check the starter handle hole in the grille, the door handle between the two raised creases and the bumper.

A Healey 3000 with whitewall tyres ? How vulgar. Unusual colour car though - not the usual Healey Blue.

I think Trojan van beyond the Minor.

Jag? Bentley on the left? What's the beetle back car ahead of it?

I don't think Jags or Bentleys had boot-mounted spares. First thought re car in front was Riley Kestrel, but I think the rear window is too small.

That was my initial thought, but the rear window’s too small and it looks to have a cycle front wing.

Jupiter is a 2 seat rag top, so it isn't that, and it isnt' a Javelin either - the wings didn't stick out as much on those..
