I wouldn't have taken a second look at them, until I saw the wide rear wheels,so I walked round the back to see Singer badges placed over the standard badge.

They both had the smaller ducktail spoiler, should've taken pic of that too.

Some of the competitors at Loton

My first car was an Imp in that very colour! Head gasket failed of course, and in the replacement engine too - about a week after the warranty expired!

Bishop's Stortford station car park. Not sure why it wasn't parked in a space though; there were plenty free

So it is. It really didn't look like it at the time, looked too small. But it's obvious now.

If you knew the telephone number you could give them a ring and ask them.
There is a large car park opposite Womacs. Where this trident is parked.

I may be wrong, but isn't one of the distinguishing features of Singers the centralised fuel filler at the front?

Yes, excellent day, and a lovely-looking car you have there. There was another of similar age parked a bit further down.

As always, I felt I'd let the side down a bit by not coming in my classic. Not quite enough to make me do it next time, but maybe Loton as it's a bit closer.
