I first saw this lovely 280CE around a month ago in Newcastle under Lyme and posted a photo on here.

I was delighted to see it again in Sainsbury's car park this morning - seeing it again almost made the weekly shopping trip a pleasure.

TVR seem to have quite a following here, but you're right, Cereberas are a fairly rare sight. And only two listed for sale in the classifieds...

There was another TVR present, but I deemed it a little too modern for the thread...

That would be one of just 6 (poss 7) that are still on the road and taxed.

Colour/reg (year)?

Belongs in the "bad parking" thread. I got fined for that once, blocking the sightline on a corner.

Even if he'd moved it, the next car along would still have been far too close! It's meant to be 10 metres.

(30 feet for us old gits.)

In a filling station in Deptford. The owners' theory was that she had an Isa not doing much and he said a classic would appreciate faster. Hey presto! Series V Alpine.

Used to see that 456 being used regularly near Milton Keynes/Woburn.
Think it might have been a daily driver.
Also, I think that's a 208, not 308. paperbag
(Was) owned by PHer 456mgt if I am not mistaken...cannot be many in the country in the colour.

a few from Brittany - those of you following the mystery car thread might recognise the last car as one of the potential candidates...

Around 1973/74. MG Midget 1275cc RWA. I was running late for an evening class at the Tech, so left it in a "that'll do" spot. When I whined, a police officer pointed out to me the dangers of obscuring the egress point at a junction. No points on my licence, although I don't think that had been introduced at that time.

Where does that take place? I'll be back over soon and that looks like a very pleasurable way to spend a Sunday morning...

Have you come across a dark blue Stratos yet? Passed me early one morning in Ginza mid-week so I can only assume it was being used for a very exotic commute...
