First time I've ever seen one of these outside of a car show.

Not sure if I've ever seen one but one of the most beautiful cars ever: https://www.novaweb.fr/component/expautospro/detai...
Don't like the wheels though.
Been looking to buy one now my TVR deposits have gone back.

There are two in frequent use (in the summer at least) near me here by Lake Maggiore, plus a Zagato Junior. Alfa Spiders - Series 1 to 4 - are very common as are the 105 saloons. .

When I’m in my Spider, I frequently end up playing tag with one of them in the lanes up around Mottarone. The owner frequently diverts into the only decent length tunnel in the area (between Omegna and Grevellona Toce) - the V8 rumble is to die for.smile

That's great! I like the alloys too, they're spectacularly period.

Looking a little battle weary, but nice to see a Z out and about.

There were three of these parked together at Brands Hatch a couple of months ago.

I was sat behind an H reg 190E 2.6 yesterday morning at traffic lights. It looked smart and original in that nice pale metallic blue.

That's in remarkable condition for its age. I had the same model (1.6GL) the same age (T-reg) in the early 1980s.

There are a couple of minor discrepancies in the bodywork and livery compared with genuine Gulf Cars, but as this represents the Steve McQueen "le Mans" ( which sold recently) it's possible that it is that car, now road registered, or another genuine 917 in the image of that car, or a replica.
