Wow, that's not far short of 18 feet of car eek
It just fits on my drive with a few inches to spare. I was really worried at the time of buying as to whether it was going to fit so just hoped for the best, I didn't have a plan B hehe
It definitely wouldn't fit on the front drive here. The VW Bora I use for work is 14ft 4ins long, and that leaves maybe a few inches without encroaching onto the pavement. The Citroen CX I'm bringing home at the weekend is 15ft 3ins - it's going to be tight!

Your Monaco would fill my driveway and probably most of the width of the pavement here as well.

I fancy a 72 Dodge Coronet – a bit like a four door Challenger. But I'd need to buy a barn to put it in. Also finding one isn't easy.

Very nice.

I have shortlisted a good 944 or 968 as a second/third car but wondered what they are like to live with as a fairly regular drive?
I still have a 944S2 itch to scratch though not sure if I'll ever get there, esp as this is in regular use and does look good now it's been cleaned....

I bought a very shouty yellow sports car once and it wouldn't fit through the gates to my house - too wide. How my friends cruelly laughed at me.... I had to park at a mates house for a month whilst I had builders widen the gates. Oh, the shame. smile

Nice, is that a de seam and chop top or is it a complete fibreglass body?

It's steel with a fibre front, original 1970 converted Neville Trickett Minisprint GTR so chopped roof, chopped body, de-seemed and windscreen rake altered.

Was mine in the mid 80s.

If the current owner is on here I've found more pics!

That is rather fabulous Danderez, the car and the photo wink

A white one appeared very briefly in a 1967 episode of 'The Avengers' called 'You Have Just Been Murdered'.

Nice.. Just needs an 8 port head with four Amal bike carbs hanging over the front. I saw this once at a show and it looked two Minis wide and half a Mini high! The guy on the stand said the centre of gravity was six feet below the ground!

Wonder if it still exists..

Shouldn't the carbs face the bulkhead in a Mini?

On a normal siamese-port head, yes. But with an 8-port head it becomes a cross-flow with four inlet ports at the front and four exhaust ports at the rear.

Ah right, understood... a bit like the rare HRG crossflow heads for MGAs
