Found out some more about this car....1965 Ferrari 275 GTB (UK plated car) seen in Ponsonby, Auckland, NZ. One of only 40 UK right-hand drive examples. Delivered new to Sir Max Aitken and later owned by Lord Anthony Bamford. A total matching number example that’s fresh from a cosmetic restoration and a complete mechanical overhaul. Complete with a wonderful history file which includes its original factory invoice, dealer invoice, period correspondence between Colonel Ronnie Hoare and Sir Max Aitken plus much more. . Begs the question, what's it doing in Ponsonby on UK plates?

No picture as it was half a dozen cars ahead and I was driving, but...

...spotted in Bournemouth this afternoon was a 1969 (H) Sunbeam Rapier Fastback.

Similar to this one found on 'flickr'... https://www.flickr.com/photos/67147237@N03/2696518... ...possibly even the same car? The one I spotted had turned left and pulled up in a side street, but I was passed the point of being able to turn safely and considerately before I realised I could have grabbed a picture without having to go into "hot pursuit" mode... hehe

No photos as I was driving - spotted southbound on the A5 this afternoon, an orange early '70s 911 with RS style duck tail, followed about five minutes later by a bright yellow Stag.

Why? Normal exit point for a performance Mk2 exhaust. I’m more upset by the mixed-up decal set and the too-large wheels.

Still would though. .

Why?. .
Because it's the size of a drainpipe and, whilst it'll make a lot of noise, it won't actually measurably improve performance

I had a similar-sized Scorpion chimney on my last RS2. Looked great, sounded better, especially with the twin 45s. Badly modified? Who cares, loved it.

Nice RS2000 spot, not seen many black ones.

owned myself 5 times such RS2000 escort mk2, 3 yellow and 2 in orange, good times, felt fast (at the time) wheels spun up fast, specially in corners lol, fine drivers cars at the time and I guess nice classics, they come at a price for good example's.
