The Autocoast Ti22 was the first titanium monocoque race car I'm aware of. Jaguar would've been five years ahead of Peter Bryant there.... in 1964 Jaguar considered using titanium for the XJ13 chassis/monocoque. I wondered if anyone else actually did so in the 1960s?
