Seen in our village this lunchtime

I recognise that place - not far from me!

Did you venture to Dearnford Lake yesterday morning for the classic meet?
No, I didn't as our local TVR group had another run on. I have been to it before though on a couple of occasions.

Bristol registration,isn't it?

Seen early Sunday morning (20th) while driving south on the A46, just outside Lincoln overtook an ice blue Healey 3000 on a trailer. I was sans passeenger so couldn't get a pic, sorry chaps.

Coming up from Banbury towards Southam this morning in atrocious weather I was sat behind a lovely red Alvis TD / TE21 drophead, reg' number '416 CRK', if the owner is on here then bravo to you sir! Something very apparent was just how small the rear lights are on cars of this vintage, it was hard to tell if they were switched on in the pouring rain.

Could well have been Bruce Fielding from round these parts. He has a red Alvis TE21 drophead.

Edit: or maybe not - this is Bruce's and in this picture has a different registration number.

Unsurprisingly classic car owners follow the Mille Miglia.

Here's a joblot of people enjoying a spirited drive in the sun.

I think it's a 2600 ,don't think it had a nice Italian name like lots of them did and still do.

Thanks for clarifying,I had a feeling it had more to the name than 2600 but no clue what.
