COOL CLASSIC CAR SPOTTERS POST!!! Vol 2

Looking at the badges, it's not trying to be a Ferrari which is always good!
Could it be a recreation of a Chevrolet endurance racing car (Sebring, Daytona or Monza)? I don't know enough about GM's mid to late '60s racing activities, apart from the fact they weren't 'officially' doing anything from the end of '63 for a couple of years. That killed the Gran Sport stone dead.

Nothing like that I'm aware of during that period.Only thing I can think of was the Bill Thomas Cheetah's, but it's not even a close replica of one of those.
Interesting thing.
Was cycling along a lane near home this morning minding my own business when something came up behind me just as I was approaching a blind corner. Sensibly, the driver had the patience to wait until he could see to overtake. I was a bit perplexed, as from the sound I couldn't work out what it was (as in, car, bus, truck, 4x4).
I almost fell off my bike when it overtook me...Ferrari 500 Superfast, one of 8 RHD, in stunning condition. This is the car, courtesy of Tom Hartley Jnr website..
