That MGB GT looks pristine.
Saw this pristine Merc at the local ASDA recently, elderly couple and local plates so I'm guessing they've had it a while.
Square headlights and black grill trim on the scuttle panel indicates this is a post 1982 facelift - Y, A, B or C reg. Last of the line, and as you say, pristine! Saw this pristine Merc at the local ASDA recently, elderly couple and local plates so I'm guessing they've had it a while.

Doesn’t that have an MX5 engine? Could still have a V8 badge I suppose ...
Yeah, It just looked similarly slickly done to their products, the colour as much as anything. They use steel wheels and their BGT is a pale green (at least in their ads/website) Might just be a nice resto.illmonkey said:
Shame it's not on the original wheels - and did they come in that colour originally? (Or a silver, anyway) ...not sure it was a BL colour on these. Each to their own - but if it has an MX5 engine, then hey ... fair play ...
Guy round the corner from me years ago had one. Reg: 1 YMU.
It look lower than the V8 version used to sit - but then that might be the angle or it might have dome modern coilover set up ... !
