Nice old truck.
Good work so far.
This appeared recently at local "cars n coffee"
It's older than the registration number, think it was imported then from NZ.
Is that the rollerbowl, 'ness?

Is it a Harvey Frost or just a lookalike?

The complete description in the advert said.........
“Vintage crane”
It does not look like a Harvey Frost ( We have looked at those ) but the original crane looks different as well . We only have one photo of the truck with crane fitted and You can’t see much of it.
This one looks old enough for Our requirements :-)

Today was “bashing a bit of metal with a sledgehammer” day.....
Rear most chassis cross member was badly bent

Probably had a chain round it to pull something heavy ?
An hour of bashing it with the sledge hammer and it looks much better , also gave it a wire brushing and coat of rust killer.
