Or more accurately, how much interest does your classic draw?

I don't feel I get a lot of interest in mine ('77 B GT).
Usually just from friends and people I'm on the same course with at college.
I have however had 2 people ask to sit in it one being a friend of my boss who used to own one and one person from college asking today (I obliged on both occasions as I trusted them).
Other than that just the usual nosing around and college tutors looking underneath for rust (the cheeky bds! biggrin).

I don't seem to get much attention from strangers though, although I have exchanged the odd wave / flash of lights with other B drivers hehe

I had a door man at the Mal maison in Oxford where they insist on parking your car in an underground car park, insist he had driven and parked at least three countachs although he didnt seem to recall anything odd about the gearbox or parking them!
Easy way to tell if its a replica or not. look at the gear lever. If it doenst have a large metal clip on top of the gate blocking reverse it aint a real one

Thanks for the interesting but useless tip I can apply at future car meets thumbup
Does that apply to all years of Countach?

Got any pics?
