Girl regrettably gets raped, 7 years later a man is convicted, he is then attacked and gets shot in both knees, the implications are much deeper than just an isolated incident, if the vigilantes in this news story were known to you, would you grass them up?

I wouldn't report them, but I wouldn't condone what they've done. They would have been taken care of in prison anyway.

Raping a 7 year old FFS. He deserves much worse...
That people, that sentence right there is a perfect reason why vigilante justice could never work smile

Why let facts get in the way of a good mob killing hehe

A question raised in the other thread is - what proof is there after 7 years?

Her word vs his word? Whats the stats on % of rapes that finish in a guilty verdict for this very reason?

On the other hand they might shoot me, so no

Don't think I'd turn them in but wouldn't agree with their course of action. If we all took the law into our own hands where would we be. What if this mans family came after these vigalantes, where does it stop?

As I mentioned above I mis-read part of the post. However, as I also said if he was 100% guilty (& I stress guilty with absolutely no doubt) then I'd still buy them that drink. Rapists are absolute scum of the earth and having seen the results of what they can do to a victim I'd willingly pull the trigger myself. Though TBH I'd aim for somewhere a little higher and central to their knees.
