Whats this Nuggs ?

Meat cooked with fenugreek leaves, replace chicken with lamb or goat in the recipe I posted earlier and you wouldn't be too far wrong.

Usually it was 'casualty' mutton. Killed because it had broken it's leg (removed by meat inspector after slaughter) or next to death anyway - ewe incapable/too old to produce more lambykins.

Not if its a Halal curry house, which most are in Manc land.

I love Korma's. I always cook them fresh and sometimes put chicken in, sometimes fish

believe me when i tell you in some places the meat will have come from the cheapest possible source
a friend of mine had a large abbatoir and some of the things he told me would make your toes curl. a little example... one of his employees got rather friendly with a sheep....

Glad you enjoyed it, it's a lovely dish. The chips look great too but a bit on the animic side. How do you spell animic as that's def not right.

So, I presume lovely wife is not talking to you if you are up all hours posing photos of food for our benefit? Does that mean you are sneaking out on Sunday??

I'd only just got in and decided to post the piccy straight away. It was me who wasn't really talking as my alcohol consumption had been quite high and my head was pretty wacked.

I really don't think Sunday will be a goer.

I'd recommend a chicken kerrela chilli. That's really good. Warms you up. If chilli isn't your thing try a chicken patia.
