So the relationship between the wheels and the conveyor belt is limited, in that it does not affect the aircraft (force not passed on)....
If this was done with a car it would remain still (yes?) (hence the 'no airspeed' argument)
But because of the propulsion of the aircraft, it moves along the 'runway' as normal...just that the wheels (and only the wheels) are going ballistic to keep up with the converor belt...?

Yep, that's pretty much the size of it.

They key point is the interaction between the wheels and the rest of the aircraft, because that is the only path for force to be transferred from the conveyor belt to the airframe. The propulsion (be it jet or propellor) acts on the airframe, and the conveyor belt acts on the wheels.

You are correct - the force cannot be transfered effectively into the airframe...
All I said is that the plane will not take off.
