Oakley sunglasses repair
Discussion
If you go to an Oakley dealers they carry flat pack cardboard boxes to send your Oakleys back to Norwich (I think), freepost.
All Oakleys come with a long guarantee on frames (think it is three years, but they usually honour it for longer), so if they have failed, then you get them fixed for free.
If you want some restoration work doing, just drop a letter in with the glasses and they will contact you to discuss price etc.
Good luck.

I have a pair of Oakley's which are now a few years old and in need of a little restoration. i was wondering if anyone had any ideas of where best to send them to be repaired. As long as i don't need to remortgage to pay for it!
You can only have Oakleys repaired by Oakley at Oakley. You are much better off to send them either direct to the Letchworth address yourself (recorded) or via the returns box as mentioned. Again get proof of postage. Don't do it through a dealer, don't ask why its very complicated.Ball park figures - new frame £20-60, new lenses £45-90
All pairs have only ever had a year's guarantee - the lifetime bit is a myth but perpetuated by Oakley. They are however very good to the end user - that's you.
Dealers do now hold the ear socks and nose bombs in stock so if thats all you need then you can get them in the high street.
If your model is discontinued and they have no parts they may offer a low cost replacement for any new model. Just one plea don't go to your nearest dealer and waste their time trying them on for half an hour and then go back to Oakley. It's not really fair.
Oakley customer service is 01462 475400 (damn I know these numbers off by heart - must get out more!)
Anything else drop me a line

Needed new screws put in to hold the frames together - sent them back first class recorded to me within a week with no charges at all so really good service considering they were about 4 years out of warranty!
