Checking O level results?
Discussion
Hi,
Can anyone tell me how I can find out what o'levels I got and the grades I achieved?
I'm doing my C.V. for the first time in years and years and really can't remember...........
I'm not really hoping that there isn't a way to check and therefore I can use "artistic licence" to enhance my C.V. Honest!

What on earth are you doing that an employer wants evidence of your 22 year old qualifiations?
Not sure I should admit this but it's for a post with the Highways Agency But I'd go with the suggestion above (the range of grades). i do the same and it has never been raised in the 12 years i've been, successfully, applying for jobs.

Still had mine on my CV until recently, I still have the papers, almost as old as the dead sea scrolls!.
There must be some time limit as to when qualifications become irrelavent. Still, if you cant check, neither can they, so add a few good ones!. But they may want some proof if they are too good..

Your Education issuing authority will release them to you. They did for me, and waived the fee also. Can anyone tell me how I can find out what o'levels I got and the grades I achieved?

If your tempted to lie, then on your own head be it. Employers DO check, in the same way they check Bebo/Myspace etc. Mine did, and still do, and Its been a long time since I was at school.

How about just putting 10 GCSE's, A*-C? Or something similar.
I'm too old for GCSE's No they want subjects and grades...... I'm pretty sure I got at least 5 and know one was pottery and another RE but can't remember my grades for the maths, the 2 english subjects and biology!

Thank you I'll do that, I couldn't lie I'd spend every day waiting to be hauled over the coals and booted out!
Imagine being under qualified to scrape dead deer off the road
Edited to correct spelling, seems I didn't get English Language

Most jobs require A-C for Maths/English so you might as well put down a couple of C's if you're not sure!
