I'm going for a Curry tonight with my lovely wife.

I need some ideas. I always, always have a chicken tikka main with a madras sauce and a plate of chips.

What does everyone else like, can I have some recommendations as I feel in a daring mood - I MIGHT EAT A DIFFERENT DISH.

Please don't suggest rice, as chips are a imperative.

If you eat curry with chips then you are beyond hope, try eating with indian breads, naan, paratha, chapati much nicer.

I do have Naan and popadoms but I need to have chips.

Which restaurant are you going to? I'm going to call them up and have words about their menu.

I must admit, chips and curry sauce is nice, but a proper curry is too bloody amazing to add chips to.

Ask for a Lamb Phall....it's a delicate, mild dish,
lightly spiced and full of flavour.

Yes, thats what I'll ask for. I couldn't stand having anything other than a mild curry.

What are we talking about here? Lamb chop, black pudding, steak, marinated in spices and served with chips and a fried egg?

Rolls off the tongue, does the chip fat.

Sorry, Lazy, the level of irony for such lamentable northern filth to call anyone uncultured is supreme.

Is this the prelude to asking lovely wife if you can go to Anglesey on Sunday?

I mentioned that this morning! I was asked to consider our future and still relatively new born baby boy.

I considered it for 10 seconds and it still didn't change my mind.

In the wake of me confirming to her that I'm going to Lemans next year again, I didn't see much point in saying much more. If I'm gonna go, I'll just sneak out in the morning and deal with the wrath at teatime, late on Sunday !

How rude, have you not bothered reading this thread through, word by word?

The cheek some people have here on PH. You just come on, open a thread at random and post something like that!

Unbelievable. You should be banned.

Public schoolboy perchance?

Assuming you managed to eat between arse-tremblings, what was the food like?

So you're going to the chippie for a bag of chips, and then you're going for a curry later on in the evening when you're hungry?
