Alright, so your old man is a dustman and, obviously, he more than likely wears a dustmans hat, I can accept that, and we all have to live somewhere and a flat owned by the council is as good a place as any I guess but the thing that has often perplexed me is what on earth are 'gawd blimey trousers'?, any suggestions?
