Does anyone have any views on Tiffany jewellery? Good or a posh Elizabeth Duke?

I want to buy a silver necklace (she likes silver, I'm not being cheap ) and some of their stuff looks really nice.

Does anyone know anywhere to get a good deal on it buying over the internet?
