The Austrian Vignette starts at 10 days. I wish it was two weeks.

In France the A20 to the south is less expensive than the others because Francois Mitterand promised the people in Central France he would build them an Autoroute if they would vote for him, the rest is history. Tag for the Peage is well worth having, now the 30kph lanes are open we always make up several who overtook us at way over the limit a few miles back. Very useful in a RHD car when solo too, saves cracking ribs trying to post your credit card. Got ours from Vinci, it's so cheap it's not worth thinking about! Came with two sticky mounts and they gave me another so we have one in each of the cars that go on Autoroutes. Wouldn't be without it!

A75 from Clermont to Montpellier is free apart from the Millau viaduct. Also one of the most interesting french autoroutes scenically and road wise.
Gets very high too, averaging 1000m for miles in the middle of the Massif. Just use bluetack to move a tag from car to car, the mounts don't like coming off once attached

Plus one.
We're doing London to Beziers (1200kms) in a couple of weeks time. Having done the West of Paris route down to the south via clement before we're going to go that way again.
We've had a tag for a while now, very useful.
