Renters rights in Switzerland

anyone know what a house renters rights are in switzerland, we just got a letter from our letting agent saying the owner of the house we rent is going to sell it, would like to know where we stand, eg can they just give us a couple of months notice and tell us to bugger off? How does things like the deposit stand, as the owner of the house has ours in a joint account with us at the moment, etc etc

the letting agency staff can no longer speak english all of a sudden, so getting info out of them is proving a bit difficult.

ta, just spoke to the letting agents and they have said that the new owners may want us to move out, so I don't know how that will work as our contract says the old owners have to give us 3 months notice.
